A LA CARTE SERVICES
REAL ESTATE PHOTOS
We offer simple pricing for our real estate images. For homes over 1,500 sq ft we charge $185 flat, for homes under 1,500 sq ft we charge $160 flat. No hidden fees, square footage, or travel charges within our service area.
DRONE
We charge just $80 for 6-12 drone photos and $150 for a 60 sec drone video. We are FAA Part 107 Certified, so you can rest assured you will not only be gettig high quality drone footage, but also legal drone footage!
VIDEO TOUR
Listing videos are a great way to engage potiential buyers. We charge $100 for a video tour which includes both vertical (social media ready) and horizontal (Zillow/MLS ready).
FLOOR PLAN
We charge $50 for a custom floor plans with room measurments. Floor plans are a great tool to give potiential buyers an idea of the layout of the home, and they are included in every package we offer.
VIRTUAL STAGING
Virtual staging is a fantastic option if you want to bring an empty room to life. We charge $20 per photo.
